Global Shipping? We love global teams.

Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on location.

Shipping time: 7-14 business days (varies by country).

Duties and taxes: You are the master of local fees. Please check the relevant regulations of your country before purchasing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost tracking information? Please contact support@iceblingjewelry.com and we will resend it for you, no worries.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) to ensure your jewelry is safe and sound. If your package is lost or damaged, we will fix it right away - just email us within 7 days.

Wait...what if?
Delayed?
It's rare, but nothing ever happens. Weather, customs, or carrier issues can slow down your shipment. We will email you to update you if anything is off.

6. Wrong address?

Double check your information at checkout! If you made a mistake, please send us a private message directly within 24 hours of placing your order. More than 24 hours? We can't reroute the shipment.Missing item?

That's just not our style. Every order is made with love (and triple checked). If something is missing, please email us within 7 days - we'll fix it ASAP.
