Is IceBling jewelry authentic? How is the quality?

Each of our pieces is crafted from sterling silver, hypoallergenic plating, moissanite or lab-grown gemstones like cubic zirconia to sparkle like natural gemstones. How long does shipping take?
We ship fast: We ship within 3-7 business days of your order. Our jewelry ships worldwide, with an average shipping time of 10-20 business days. We've got you covered - see our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I make changes after my order has been placed?
If you discover an error in your order after receiving your order confirmation email, please email support@iceblingjewelry.com. If it's after hours, please leave a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number and order number (if available) and we'll get back to you as soon as possible on a business day.
How do I cancel an order?
We can only cancel an order within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, the order is likely to have been processed, is being prepared for shipment, or has already been shipped. Once the cancellation is effective, we will no longer be responsible. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we pride ourselves on fast service, which includes getting your order shipped as quickly as possible.
How should I store/protect my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, follow these simple tips:
Keep It Dry: Avoid exposing your jewelry to water or high humidity. If you're notwearing it often, store it in the provided dust bag to keep it protected.
Use Proper Storage: Invest in a good storage box lined with tarnish-proof fabric,with separate compartments for each piece. In humid climates, consider adding a small packet of desiccant crystals to your storage area.
Avoid Rubber: Do not store jewelry with rubber products, as they can cause amage.
Remove Before Applying Perfume: Always take off your jewelry before applying cologne, perfume, or other chemical products.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
If there is a problem with your order (product defect, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will be happy to assist you in reviewing the situation and, if approved, we will replace the product for you. Please do not return your item before we review it. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
Is your jewelry unisex?
